Disadvantages Of Using An Outdated Operating System

Using an outdated Operating System has several disadvantages as it may cause compatibility issues and be prone to recently discovered vulnerabilities. You may also face performance issues that may slow down your device over time despite having good hardware.

An outdated OS also lacks the new features and functionality incorporated in the newer or updated versions.

If you’re using an outdated OS in an Android smartphone it is recommended that you do not use any apps outside of the playstore. Apart from third-party apps, you should also avoid using your banking apps or any app that collects your data.
